Please have my sincere condolences and sympathy. Bettina is forever my ceramics teacher. It was a while ago now, in her studio in Venice Beach and then in Echo Park, but I cherish these very happy memories and always will. Her passion, her strength inspired me, her elegance and talent amazed me. We didn’t stay in touch but I feel she was always there through all the beautiful objects she made, that still surround me today. I feel lucky to have known her. The beauty she created will live forever.
